Audio issues during playback

Fix problems with sound not working or being out of sync.

   Check that your device volume is turned up and not muted.

   Make sure the video player's volume slider isn't set to zero.

   Try using headphones to rule out speaker issues.

   If audio is out of sync, refresh the page and restart playback.
