All ticket purchases and donations for the James Hype SYNC Takeover inside Playhuman™ Immersive on 17 January 2026 are non‑refundable. This helps us cover production costs and maximise the funds going to BillyChip’s work supporting people experiencing homelessness.

If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding any payment processing fees charged by your bank or provider). If the event is postponed, all existing tickets will remain valid for the new date; if you cannot make the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price within a defined window that will be communicated at the time.

Name changes and ticket transfers to another person are permitted up to 24 hours before the event start time; no partial refunds will be offered for downgraded tickets, unused access, or late arrivals.
To request a refund in the limited circumstances described above, or to transfer a ticket, please contact our support team by email with your order number, full name, and email used at purchase.

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law in the United Kingdom.

Ahead of the show you’ll get reminder emails, plus select behind‑the‑scenes content to warm you up; on the night, you enter the space, choose your vantage points, move through different zones, react in real time with other fans, and experience the SYNC takeover as if you are inside the show rather than just watching a flat stream.
